Goods are exchanged and/or returned in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy. in June on the 29th by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" (Zin., 2001, No. 58 - 2105) approved "Rules for the return and exchange of items", within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer.

When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

• the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to the return of a defective product);
• the product must be undamaged/unused by the Buyer;
• the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
• the returned product must be in the same configuration as it was when the Buyer received it;
• when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase;

After the seller receives the returned product and evaluates the quality of the product for return, the money is returned to the buyer within 14 working days.
